Appointments and Cancellations
All appointments, deals and packages expire six months after redemption or at the end of the calendar year. We don't provide refunds, all sales are final but are happy to have substitutions or credits towards other services we offer.
In an effort to save you money and keep our costs low we are moving away from credit card processing. All appointment reservations are $50 to reserve your time with a credit card, then at your appointment you can submit payment with cash or check. We hope to decrease costs to keep our prices more affordable for you.
Due to the high volume of needed appointment times, we have a company policy of 48 hours notice for cancellations. This policy is unwavering and helps in creating a fair and organized way of booking appointments. Most appointments are 30-90 minute in duration. If you have an appointment lasting 30 minutes and you arrive 15 minutes late. Your appointment will be the remainder of that allotted time. This company policy that allows fairness for the other clients who may have appointments that same day as well. Thank you for your understanding.

2. CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All 'no show' reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.
